Talisker Club is proud to bring you Courchevel Bistro. Named after Park City’s sister city in the French Alps and housed in a historic building on Main Street, Courchevel serves artful French-European cuisine crafted with inventive flair and only the freshest seasonal ingredients from local purveyors.

Executive Chef Clement Gelas has brought the flavors of his home country of France to the heart of Park City. "Sharing the culinary influences from my home country of France and the Rhône Valley in a fresh and inventive manner is one of my greatest passions."

Join us for a special dinner at which we will share wines from the historic and iconic Sanford Winery and Domaine Jean Francois. Our special guest will be John Terlato and his lovely wife Diana - fellow members of Tasliker. John is a Vintner and Co-Owner of Sanford Winery and Terlato Wines. This will surely be a one-of-a-kind dinner, pairing our delicious courses from our talented chef at Courchevel together with the wines of Sanford and Domaine Jean Francois. Sanford was the first Pinot Noir vineyard planted in Santa Barbara county and is often described as one of California's most historically significant vineyards. Planted in 1972, The Sanford & Benedict Vineyard formed the basis of the establishment of the Sta. Rita Hills appellation in Santa Barbara County. Domaine Jean François is a joint venture between John and his dear friend François Labet from Burgundy. They joined forces to produce just 20 barrels of wine each year and shared around the world. About the Partners: • John Terlato of Terlato Family Wines is the third generation of an American wine family importing and producing wines globally. • François Labet is a fourth-generation winemaker with a 250 year family history, farming vineyards in Burgundy, France. He is the owner of the Château de la Tour one of the most famous Grand Cru vineyards of burgundy.

The food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The sommelier helped me pick the perfect wine pairing, which really elevated the experience. The service was outstanding, and every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Second time at this restaurant and still our all time favorite in Park City! We came here to celebrate my birthday. Everyone at the restaurant went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time and taken care of. My vegetarian partner had the garden de svaoie and I had the elk. We sat at the counter so we could see the magic in action. It was hard picking a dish after seeing all the beautiful meals coming out. It was a repeat from our last trip and will definitely return next time we are here!

While the food was good, I felt completely ignored and unwelcome when I arrived at the restaurant. The hostess was not present when I arrived, but no fewer than four employees walked past me, eyes averted, not saying a word. Not “the hostess will be with you shortly”. Or even a “welcome in”. It took probably five minutes for the hostess to reappear and take me to my table. The same indifference was experienced from every staff member with the exception of our waitress, Mallory. She was terrific. Overall, not a pleasant dining experience.
