Talisker Club is proud to bring you Courchevel Bistro. Named after Park City’s sister city in the French Alps and housed in a historic building on Main Street, Courchevel serves artful French-European cuisine crafted with inventive flair and only the freshest seasonal ingredients from local purveyors.

Executive Chef Clement Gelas has brought the flavors of his home country of France to the heart of Park City. "Sharing the culinary influences from my home country of France and the Rhône Valley in a fresh and inventive manner is one of my greatest passions."

The food and service was top notch. Jon, our server took excellent care of our table! The elk was some of the best I've ever eaten. We all agreed that we will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to go somewhere special. Courchevel made it a great experience! Our server was so sweet and attentive. He even surprised us with a dessert to congratulate us! I had the mussels and my husband had the coq au vin and they were both excellent! This dinner was worth all the money!!

The first course selection are much larger portions than we anticipated. 1 per 2 people is enough! The Boudin and Duck fat fries was excellent! The baked Brie was extremely generous. Salad was perfect start. Elk was great, didn’t care for the winey taste of the blackberry compote, though… braised short ribs were as expected, nothing different… pork chop was a winner! Coq au vin was a small thigh and drumstick… little wimpy, but with the starters it was fine. Overall an excellent dinner. Very good Negroni

Wonderfully prepared dishes especially the coq au vin. Service was excellent, personable and friendly most notably the sommelier. Overall an excellent evening.
