Fun experience with friends and the food was excellent. Service is great and choices of meats are endless. If you like meat than this is your place.

The cowboy has ridden off into the sunset. Party of 6; our main waiter was attentive; good salad bar. That’s where it ends. The meat selections were overcooked and unseasoned, when we could get any! Never saw some of the advertised meats. Seems the table of 4 next to us was kept in good supply, then, we were sometimes skipped, or they would run out. The last time I was here, a few years ago, it was much better. I was hugely disappointed in my experience this visit. Very pricey for basically a salad bar !

Great job Cowboy’s thank you! We were seated exactly on time and the staff was very welcoming. The big sides buffet was as pretty as it was yummy. The meats were flowing all day. We even had one person wanting only well done - no problem!

Great staff, service and the food was amazing. It was our 3rd Thanksgiving at CBS and it has become our family tradition!

This was such a wonderful experience ! The food was delicious (we loved the lamb chops and the Picanha were to die for ) and HOT! The servers and meat carvers were so pleasant and made the experience great! The side and salad bar were great-we just wished there was a bit more variety ! Overall it was an amazing experience !

Food was good as always There was a majority of the items very low and not being filled like Caesar salad Mushrooms, etc The cheese and salami were very dry The service was very slow, maybe she was overwhelmed as we saw her with numerous tables but she got our drinks then never came back to check on us til time for the check
