                                    Food was amazing! I sat at the chefs counter and loved watching the professionalism and the workings of the kitchen. Everything was prepared beautifully and tasted amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

                                    Outstanding meal to celebrate my birthday. Got a great table, the waiter and his assistant were fantastic. The food was perfectly cooked and presented. Can’t believe we’ve never been before. Plan on coming back again and again and again!!!

                                    First time experiencing the amazing restaurant Cowboy Star is! We decided to make reservations for our 12 year anniversary and picked the “counter” option which was an Avery unique experience. We had a front line view of the open kitchen watching them create all of these amazing dishes. It was a very cool “show” to watch them master their craft with a dining room that was immediately full when they opened at 4pm. The service was out of this world. From the hosts when you walk in the door til leaving everyone is super polite and there to make you feel welcomed. Our server was perfect and gave amazing recommendations and made us feel special in our special night out. Our menu was even printed out with the text “Happy 12th Anniversary “ at the top. Nice touch for sure. We started with a C Star Old Fashioned and a Harvey Girl and the bread service. We chose the Wagyu Skirt Steak and the Filet Mignon with Mac and Cheese and Crispy Brussels Sprouts. We finished the meal with the amazing bread pudding. Everything was simply delicious and worth every penny for both the quality of food and the quality of service throughout the dinning experience. 10/10.

                                    Everything was fantastic from the food to the service. Luis has been our server multiple times now and have received nothing but top notch service from him. Everything was cooked to perfection from start to finish. Hands down the best steakhouse in San Diego. 10/10!!!

                                    First time customer. Good food....Great service....Great atmosphere , A very High Energy Steakhouse. Would have rated Food Quality higher except that the Pork Belly served with my wedge salad was overdone and tough. The Porterhouse for two was a somewhat tough and chewy (on the non-filet side. I would come back for another try of course.
