We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday at Crab House in Cancun, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a stunning view of the lagoon. The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, making it the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The seafood was simply divine! We indulged in a variety of fresh, perfectly cooked dishes, and each one was more delicious than the last. The king crab and lobster were standouts, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable—our waiter went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter felt special, even surprising her with a beautifully presented dessert to cap off the evening. If you’re looking for a place that combines outstanding food, top-notch service, and a breathtaking location, Crab House is the spot. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend for any special occasion or just a great night out in Cancun! 🌟

Here’s a revised version of your review: "Beware of misleading pricing. The menu lists one price, but I was charged a higher amount on the receipt. Additionally, they use their own exchange rate for converting pesos to USD, which is significantly different from the official rate. This feels dishonest and unfair to customers."

We had a wonderful experience at this place. The food was amazing, the service top notch, the flavors unique. We will 100% return and I absolutely recommend you try this place when you visit Cancun.

The atmosphere was great. Food and service were outstanding. The cost is very high because prepared to pay premium for your food.

The worst service experience in all the years coming to cancun. Our waiter, Mizrain, is either inexperienced or did not care. His assistant was looking over our need, and he only appeared when it was time to pay the bill. We have been traveling through Mexico since mid May and eaten at very good restaurants in Mexico City, Mérida and now Cancun and I have always been asked withe American Express reader what % tip, he assigned himself 15% and when I told him was I was not given the choice to select the % tip, he informed me that it was Crab House decision. Another waiter, Gabriel, was more interested in our table than Mizrain. I'm definitely not recommending this restaurant to family or friends.

Truly awful. We were the only table in the restaurant at sunset which was already a warning. We had the crab legs which were so tasteless I assume they've been boiling since Christmas. With less than half eaten we gave up. Lots of staff sitting around in their phones and the whole experience was uncomfortable. Avoid at all costs!

Gabriel was our server & he was awesome! Very attentive & friendly! Food (surf & turf & lobster dinners) was really good, but very expensive. $106 USD a plate. Restaurant is at a marina where you can watch the beautiful Cancún sunset. Everything was wonderful other than it was very expensive

Gabriel was an excellent server. He had great recommendations and paid special attention to our 25tg wedding anniversary. We had oysters Rockefeller and they were amazing. The seafood medley with steamed vegetables and rice was perfect.
