                                                  This was a horrible experience which ruined our Xmas meal, embarrassed me in front of my friends. First, despite soliciting reservations on your site, the Craft House does not take reservations! I argued with the Hostess who wanted us to stand in a long line, something my aged friends cannot do. Second, the menu posted on your site is for their Steak House, which is closed! Instead, we had to choose sandwhiches and bar food. My friends are part Osage and wanted to support a local tribe, but instead came away sadly dejected. To their credit, the restaurant manager came to our table and apologized and comped our meal, though the credit card charge went through anyway. You need to police your site better!

                                                  We had a group of 8, for my husbands birthday. Here are the reasons they only got 3 stars from me: 1. Coleslaw being served in a ketchup cup? It was embarrassing to call that 1 Tablespoon a salad! 2. Flys buzzing all over our food. We kept swatting at them during dinner. Really should have the place sprayed or something. Im sure they come in from the Casino part, but very annoying, something needs to be done. 3. Server was not knowledgeable on the menu. She looked like a deer in the headlights when we asked to put half of us on one check and half on the other. I will say the food was presented nicely (except for the 1.T of "salad") and the chicken fried steak was huge and yummy. ALL food was tasty.
