Chef Soleil made the most wonderful feast for us, and our waitress M. sprinkled our table with stars for our celebration. Very special evening! This is a Saint Paul gem - let’s pack this restaurant and savor the quality and expert delivery of delicious food!

I have wanted to try out this restaurant for a while. We went for brunch and it was better than expected. The food was awesome and the service was exceptional. I had never had Venezuelan food before and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The server who I presumed was the owner explained the cuisine and had good recommendations. I will definitely be back with friends.

Food and drinks were absolutely excellent. Service was swift and friendly. Can't wait to go back and try more of the friendly.

We were celebrating a birthday--not only was the food exceptional but our server Luis went out of his way to make sure it was a special experience for us.
