   I’m extremely impressed by our experience at Crave last night. The entire waitstaff, including Tony—our server, went above and beyond to create an excellent first meal at Crave. Delicious sushi rolls in an upscale contemporary environment. Would recommend to others looking for a nicer restaurant with an elevated Asian-fusion menu. What made this visit standout is that I don’t think I’ve ever had a restaurant go out of its way with such ownership and five-star service to turn a negative experience into a positive one. When we came for the first time a week ago, the restaurant was quite busy and unfortunately, our table had been filled because we were a few minutes behind. We decided to eat elsewhere, but this time around we were taken care of so well, and I could tangibly see the care and commitment to a quality customer experience the team at Crave has. Well-done!

   Food was really good. Was a limited menu due to kitchen renovation. Lunchtime portions are too big for this temporary menu. Prices are getting g to be very high. Wait staff was amazing.

   The Nigiri/Sushi is always excellent, but overpriced compared to competitors. Service was excellent. Menu only had about 1/3 of the normal menu, due to renovations they say. Crave is my main reason for staying at this hotel.

   They still only have a limited menu due to kitchen construction however the choices are very good. I had the steak frites and my husband had the Parmesan crusted walleye. Both were delicious. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was not loud in there so it was nice. Monica is the best!!

   The sushi is great for the Midwest but overall extremely pricey for anything else. If you are looking for quiet and classy, do not go here. However, it is a nice restaurant overall.

   The staff and management are amazing!! Great food and fast service makes it a perfect place to eat and enjoy the atmosphere.

    The service was good. The food was just okay. Ordered sushi and a sunomono salad that had no seasoning and no beets. It basically was a bowl of cucumbers with a lemon slice and sesame seeds on top. I did send it back for seasoning. I never saw it again. To be fair, the waiter did take it off the bill. We have eaten here since it’s opening and it seems to have chronic turnover.
