   Im in love with this place. I need to come back during the summer 😍! The Customer service 14/10, the dessert plus bday drink 12/10, the design/decor of the place 16/10. I met a kind family who I took pics and vids of and in return they did that for me as well. I want to bring my nieces here next time 💕. Oh how I wish they have this exact restaurant in NYC 🙏🏾

   Food was good, not served very hot and not worth the price. 1 Crêpe with no accompanying side for $23 is pricey. Beautiful room but very noisy. Also am opposed to a mandatory 19% tip and 3% charge for using credit to pay although we knew in advance to expect it. Won’t be returning.

   This was honestly a horrible experience I was so excited to come try it out because I seen it’s a cute coquette girly vibe , I wanted to bring my friend for her birthday we got there April 17 , 2025 reservation at 7pm ordered our food the server took forever to check on us had to wave her down a couple times which was crazy cause the place was dead like probably only 3 tables taken in there , whatever fine I get it , my friend orders the birthday crep for her birthday and the server says do you want bday flavor or any other flavor ? My friend says what are the other flavors , the lifeless server says “ it’s on the menu “. Like ?? Okay we are eating our food we just received it and she immediately brings out the birthday crep while we are still eating our food it was just a lack of service , it felt so rushed , I will not be coming back I was expecting so much more from service because the the place is beautiful drinks are cute it’s all gorgeous decor just horrible service never again

   my daughter is and I had a beautiful experience at the restaurant and we will come back again for dinner exceptional about Bean experience absolutely delicious beautiful absolutely beautiful presentation

   Food was absolutely delicious. First time trying a savory crepe and was highly impressed. Man walking around playing a violin was super nice, prices were really reasonable. Food quality was top notch. Service was great and attentive. Will definitely be back.

   I was satisfied at first, even though prices were a bit high. Ambiance was chill, loved the vibe upon walking in and sitting. What really killed the mood was the unnecessary extra charges without the headsup on a couple of the items and the 3% CREDIT CARD FEE! That was just absurd, the waitress didn't even have an answer for that. She just blamed Oak Park for that, which was total B.S. No wonder they're almost out of business, you cannot survive with a business by sneaking in fees like that. It's a shame, the restaurant is sorta like an experience, but that's a no-no.

   We were kicked out. Check was brought to table long before it was requested and later server requested the credit card to close out check. The place was not busy at all, maybe 5 tables in total were being served at the time. Very disappointing! My first and last time dining here. I will not recommend to friends and family, I will encourage everyone not to dine there.

    The experience was fine but I really wanted to write the review to make sure customers know that if you bring an infant it counts as a person and you will be charged $5 if you don't have that on the reservation. You have to read the fine print to see that. It wasn't immediately obvious. I'm not fighting the charge because it was my fault that I didn't see it BUT I want to warn others and I won't be going back because that's a ridiculous rule if it doesn't change the table or seating arrangement to have the infant attend. It would be understandable if we needed to move tables because of the larger group but not to squeeze him into a 7 person table that was set for 8 people.
