Unfortunately we didn’t have the experience we’d hoped for. Our reservation was at 7:30pm, but we weren’t seated until 8:15pm, and didn’t receive an apology or even a round of drinks. The dinner, a six course tasting menu on Christmas, was $225/person. Two of the courses were extremely salty, and the steaks were not all cooked to the request of the diners. I will admit we didn’t bring these issues to the attention of our server (who was absolutely lovely) and so did not give the restaurant an opportunity to make things right, but for the price point, I had high expectations the evening would be exceptional. Not up to Auberge standards in this diner’s opinion.

Let me start by saying I was aware that the restaurant is expensive as per Google information. My wife and I went there for Christmas Day. There is valet parking only which is what it is ($17). The restaurant is beautiful and located in a great location. When we arrived at 1pm we did not realize it was brunch buffet only, but we decided to try it. It was serve yourself and there was a nice selection of food and it was all very good. We realized a mistake we made was not asking the price of the self serve buffet and were overly surprised to see the cost of $125 per person. I have eaten at a lot of nice high end restaurants, but to charge $125 for a buffet is ridiculous. Especially when after the second small plate they let you everyone know the buffet was about to close. Hurry up and eat after charging that much money. I don't know anyone that can eat $125 worth of food. It would have been nice if the price of the buffet was mentioned to us ahead of time. On top of the $325 bill I think wanting gratuity for bringing 2 drinks to the table is too much. On your way out pay for the valet and add to the bill. In the end you will leave feeling ripped off. The quality of the food in no way matches the price and we are from Austin where good food is everywhere. It is sad that Sedona is turning into the Jackson Hole of Arizona. Splurging on a Holiday is fun but I would highly suggest doing it somewhere else where you can choose how much you want to be bent over.

Had a wonderful lunch this Christmas break enjoying delicious and vegetarian friendly menu. The setting of this resturant by Oak Creek, is reason enough to dine here, the food is just the cherry on top! We spent an amazing afternoon enjoying the veg food and soaking in the views! Highly recommend the Spicy Veg pasta dish, vegan burger and the Squash soup!

Very weird vibe from bartender. My son and I had a noon reservation to dine in. My wife and I have stayed there too. We wanted to sit by creek and he seemed put off and asked if we wanted to go cartons because it was difficult to bring food down to creek which is why I wanted to have lunch there. I said of course we wanted plates. Anyway he turned it around and was decent after that but it was strange and not representative of great customer service. I write this so hopefully there is a learning moment.

All the staff were so attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and fresh. The location on Oak Creek is absolutely beautiful and listening to the water is so calming. Go to duck beach with the food they provide at the front desk so you can feed the ducks! There is no better venue for a memorable Sunday brunch!

We had an amazing experience during dinner. Our server Kelley was beyond excellent. We expressed our last visit was the worst we ever had and we almost gave up returning to the restaurant if those visit wasn't better. She turned our experience around and gave us the experience we are use to getting from cress. The food was perfect and wonderful. Kelley was knowledgeable and personal able. She did a wonderful job. We will be back!

So excited to dine here, but it fell short of the group expectations. Service was incredibly slow, we had to leave the table and go to the bar to get another drink because our waitress didn’t visit the table for almost 30 minutes. Ordered the steak medium rare, and it came out well done. They were apologetic and made another steak, but it was very bland. The rest of the dishes missed the mark. This restaurant boasted a fine dining experience, and we received the experience that one would expect at an Applebees with Applebee’s servers being more attentive.
