                                                                                                          From the second we got there, the service was incredible, from the host to the lounge waitress to the waiter and so on. Every second we were both ecstatic with the service. The food by far was well seasoned, extremely well prepared and not to mentioned the cocktails were out of this world. Perfect balance of alcohol and taste. Astronomical dining experience. Will definitely come back!

Service was spectacular and friendly, ambiance and food were perfect. Steak was tender & cooked the way we ordered it. After dinner we sat in the bar area on a sofa and took in the view. Would highly recommend for those wanting a special night out.

                                                                                                          Reading reviews almost made me cancel reservation: but we got lucky? or reviews off the mark? POSITIVE: We arrived at 710 for 730 reserve: No problem: took us right up! Sat in northside wait area with Skyline view: Nice. Were seated within a minutes with nice west NW view of sunset. Waiter: Kelton was cheerful, helpful and checked on us regularly: his support team was also filling our glasses, removing plates as needed. Food was better than expected after reading reviews about "small portions and high prices" Prices are up there but not ridiculous. Food was good to very good: a couple of side dishes were warm and could have been hotter. we did not drink much except 4 glasses of wine. We celebrated my neice's graduation and the Kelton brought us a sparkling candle with pastry which was nice effect. As sun set, the blinds went up to make view wider. NEGATIVE: Noise level: sometimes could barely hear waiter and each other as people's voices seemed amplified. If youre taking picture at night of skyline, difficult because of reflection. We ubered there, so not sure of parking situation. I also think the entrance is a little weird: not very inviting, feels like youre at airport concourses. There are gift shops and other things to see on Hotel level. We spent about $500 for 4 people: NOTE: An 18% Tip is already included in total so take that into consideration if your decide to add to that tip.

                                                                                                          Overall a nice experience. Server was excellent and attentive. Food was good although pricing was high for the quality however you paid for the view.. biggest gripe is whoever picked the couch seating in the middle should be pushed off the tower. No one wants to eat a hundred dollar steak while hunched over a couch.. also reservations should be ready to go when you arrive on time instead they send everyone to the bar to get money out of you for the first drink. A one and done experience..

                                                                                                          The view here is great. That was the only positive of this experience. Wine glasses were so dirty. The service took very long. Waited 40 mins to get drinks, and it did not get better for subsequent courses Had branzino, so over cooked, for dessert , the caramel pudding cake was dry and over cooked as well. Colleague has the cauliflower steak, which was just ok.
