   Friendly, efficient service. Great place to order and try different things. From appetizers to entrees, everything we ordered was delicious! Large appetizer portions helped fill us up so we didn't have room for dessert. Definitely will remember that next time! We'll be back.

   Absolutely fabulous!! My wife and I are foodies. We have eaten all over the world and at many Michelin accredited restaurants. Cuatro is almost as good! The Ahi tacos and crab cakes were outstanding. Probably the best crab cakes we ever had. The Mahi Mahi done Mauiterrian style was super moist and the portion very very generous. Highly recommended. Only rub is that they have no liquor license but you can bring your own wine/spirits.

   This was my 4th visit!!! The foood HAS BEEN AMAZING EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! this is a place is a "must go" for every time I visit, and strongly recommend for anyone else! A very simple menu for an EXTREME Experience of GOOOD eating!!

   Cuatro never disappoints~ we had the tuna nachos, Shrimp tacos, salad and Mauiterranean preparation on mongchong. Excellent with the fish cooked perfectly. Can't wait to go back

   We had not been to Cuatro for several years, did not remember it very favorably but after seeing good reviews decided to give it another try. We were pleasantly surprised by the good fish available with several preparations. It is a simple family restaurant not offering good food at a fair price. One word of advice that we did not notice when making the reservation was their BYOB policy. It necessitated our going next door to Foodland ,buying a bottle of wine and having it uncorked for a fee of $10.

   Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior in the Food Land Strip Mall. Food was fresh and excellent. Small menu but each item prepared with skill and attention to detail. Tuna nacho appetizer was to die for. The sauces over fish entrees were spot on and did not overwhelm the entrée. Service attentive and friendly. Reservations a must--only like 10 tables.

   Small neighborhood restaurant with easygoing vibe. Love that this is not a crowded, super noisy, big, pretentious, overpriced restaurant that you would find in Wailea or Kaanapali/Kapalua. Yet, the quality of food, the décor, and the popularity of this place rivals them all. The food is a fusion of latin and pacific foods so if you like a little heat to your food, you'll love Cuatro. Plus, we love that it's BYOB ($10 corkage fee regardless of the number of bottles!)--you can enjoy your wine with their excellent food and not break the bank. The owner waited on us, really personable and friendly. Reservations are a must because it is a small restaurant (but again, this is part of its charm), and they do not hurry you along to finish your meal so they can turn the table for another party. (I've felt rushed in celebrity chef establishments paying double the price.) This is a great place and one we'll definitely continue to return to. We wish them continued success.
