                                                  Wonderful experience! The food and drinks were amazing! The service was great and I’m obsessed with the atmosphere and decor! The mission makes it that much worthwhile. Highly recommended!

                                                  Had one of the best meals ever at CHOP. The short ribs were fantastic! Cocktails were delicious and staff was attentive and friendly. Would eat here again!

                                                  We enjoyed our evening at Chop! Our waiter was fantastic and was very friendly! We started with the cheese plate, went on to split the green goddess caesar, then had chicken tikka and the braised short rib. The food was great! We will be back! We love the mission of the place and support it wholeheartedly. Thanks for a great evening!

                                                  Creative small plate. Fresh ingredients and wonderful combinations. Generous portions - we ordered 4 small plates and took home part of one. Inventive cocktails and a nice range for wines and beers. Friendly and attentive service and a comfortable and bright space. Impressive for a program where the staff is honing their skills and great to be part of their learning.

                                                  We had an outstanding meal at CHOP starting by sharing the Caesar salad made with crispy Little Gem lettuce and lightly dressed with a delicious lemony, parmesan herb dressing. It was large and could have been shared by 3 people. Our two entrees (filet and salmon) were cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. We had wonderful service by the entire staff. We will be back.
