For over 18 years, Chef Alvio Lapinet has been producing high-quality ham products and cured meats. He is now ready to share his knowledge and techniques with you.

                                                                                                                                              This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time! The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing and Erika our server was professional, attentive and friendly. I have already recommended this restaurant to another 15 people. I was very impressed with this experience and will be back soon.

They make their own hams and I’ve never had better. Get the charcuterie to start to sample some. Amazing server who was very knowledgeable and a cool ambiance.

                                                                                                                                              We were looking forward to our third dinner at Cured. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The menu has changed since our last visit 5 months ago and the entrees no longer include a side. They were out of two of our previous favorites, the schnitzel and chicken, and we were the first diners that evening. My husband ordered the pork chop and it was overcooked, tough, and fatty. My salmon was very good but for the price of the entrees, a side should be included. We paid $9 each for 2 sides of dry mashed potatoes. Our guests had the pasta carbonara and said it was excellent. The service was attentive. Our guests, who had been with us on previous visits to Cured, commented that the ham empanadas were "fabulous" on our previous visits but only "okay" this time.

We’ve been waiting for a good salumeria to open since we visited Barcelona and we had such a lovely night. A must is the margarita, the Cured board, and the copa… so delicious!

                                                                                                                                              The 8oz Filet was supposed to be med-rare, but came to the table with a very lightly seared exterior with an almost completely raw interior. I sent it back, no big deal, but the exact same piece of meat was returned and had obviously just been microwaved. It was med-well throughout and the flavors were gone. Also, the pasta dish my was almost too salty to consume. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were delicious though, and the service was excellent.
