Our dining experience is the newest development by the hip founders of The Modern Restaurant Group, Brandon Belluscio & Brian Albe. Cut 432 presents an avant-garde modern steakhouse dining experience with a primal focus on beef sourced from the world’s top ranchers and artisanal producers. Enjoyed their delicious pork chop special and their wagyu burgers. Service was exceptional. Best steakhouse in Delray in my opinion

I was really looking forward to celebrating my birthday at Cut 432, but unfortunately, the evening turned into a huge disappointment. Reservations for 5pm were made a week in advance, and I was excited for their Chilean Sea Bass. However, when we arrived, we were informed that we would be seated outside in 50° temperatures, which was far too cold for us. When we expressed our concerns, we were told the only available table was in the crowded bar area, right next to the door where cold air kept rushing in. While the waiter was attentive at first, taking our order and bringing our food promptly, his service completely fell apart as the restaurant got busier. He never checked back to see if we wanted dessert or anything else. This was especially frustrating because it was my birthday, and we had planned to have a birthday cake to celebrate. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, we finally gave up, took the check, and left without dessert or a proper celebration. To make matters worse, we noticed the restaurant manager walking around the entire evening, looking grim and glued to his phone. He never once checked on us or seemed to be managing the floor effectively—it was as though we weren’t even there. Cut 432 has always been considered an upscale restaurant, and I had high expectations for an enjoyable evening. Instead, it felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and not at all the special experience I was hoping for. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

First time here and will be back! The food was some of the best I have had in Delray so far! Filet and NY Strip with sides of Brussel Sprouts, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes. We split all 3 ways and barely dented it! Our waiter (so sorry I’ve forgotten his name) was absolutely lovely. They were just the right amount of attentive. I’ll be back!
