Had to ask 3 times to get bread service. The server spoke so low we could hardly hear her especially since it was too loud in the restaurant. My husband and I split a meal and for such a high end restaurant you would think they would have split it in the kitchen. The steak was good(strip) but crust was a bit too salty. Sides were just ok. I make Brussel sprouts as good as they do, they were nothing special. Probably won’t try again.

The food and the service was great. My ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and my wife loved the Chilean Seabass! The drinks were made to perfection! Sarah took great care of us and we loved her!

Jake, our server, was phenomenal, and the meal and drinks were delicious. First time in was for Christmas Eve dinner and was impressed with the entire experience.

So disappointed!! We had a table of 8, and were expecting an upscale steakhouse experience. The price tag was what you would expect ($1400 for 8 people - dinner, drinks, salads, no desert)….the food and service were not. The restaurant was not particularly busy - but drinks took well over 35 minutes to come out (nothing complicated), food was extremely slow to come out, and the one server did not appear to have help. Most steakhouses in this price point would have other “helpers”…..but we saw none. This meant that waters were never refilled (I drank my husbands), there was no offer for an additional drink unless we grabbed the server while she was delivering food, and desert was never even offered. My son requested a second glass of wine when his steak came out, and he didn’t get it until well after he had finished his meal. We chose NOT to request desert b/c we just didn’t want to wait any longer. Food was mediocre at best…the French onion soup was bland, the short ribs were room temperature (clearly had been sitting waiting for the steaks to cook.) , scalloped potatoes and mashed potatoes were pretty tasteless. The salmon and shrimp were seasoned well. Bottom line - so many other steakhouses in the area, where for this sort of money you will get great service and wonderful food. Don’t expect that here….worth driving downtown for a real experience!

Service was great, food was okay but mediocre on flavor. Music wasn't too loud but the acoustics were weird. It was hard to hear people right beside you. Nice vibe though.

We had such a nice evening at CUT 132, server was very attentive and food was amazing. We were seated in a back room and it was much more quieter which I appreciated. I’m so glad we decided to check out this restaurant and will definitely put it on my rotation

Visited with a party of seven. Ordered multiple appetizers that were all fantastic. Ordered one New York strip, two ribeyes, two fillets, two Wagyu’s, and all were cooked to the perfect temperature. Multiple servers take care of your table, so you’re never waiting for anything. Great experience thank you.

It was an amazing atmosphere with great customer service. The food was outstanding and the drinks were great. I would definitely recommend any and everybody to come there. I can’t wait to go back.
