   Our dinner at Cuvee was exceptional as usual. The food is delicious (the octopus appetizer was the star of the show!) and the service attentive, but not overwhelming.

   Delicious pre-fix dinner with numerous options - we had the escargot, salad and Lamb Chops/Cabrio fish with mango beurre blanc sauce. Fabulous food with good wines by the glass. Space is small, but you didn’t feel cramped or on your neighbor’s doorstep. Great service as well - we will be back!

   Very busy night, however the same impeccable service, outstanding food and wonderful wines. Cannot express how much I love this restaurant. Many thanks to the staff and kitchen.

   Intimate, authentic space with white tablecloths, mouthwatering specials, and spectacular food. We were delighted to discover this wonderful little French bistro in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

   We enjoy dining here so much. The food is incredible. The service friendly and professional. The restaurant is lively enough to create a warm ambiance, but also quiet so one can have a conversation. I highly recommend Cuvée. My thanks to the chef and staff for a wonderful date night with my wife.

   This was our first experience at Cuvee. Everything was 5 star. Very good selection of entrees to satisfy a variety of tastes. The preparation and presentation of all dishes is excellent. Recommend Cuvee and will return.

   As always, the food was superb, the wine was delicious and the owner was amazing! I had the salmon Wellington; salmon with cooked spinach on top, wrapped in puff pastry. It was Devine! We always love going here!

   Cuvee is more than a restaurant. It's like stepping into a warm hug with the quality of food, the hospitality and atmosphere. It just gets better and better.

    We love Cuvee! Always a wonderful dining experience. The basic menu is somewhat limited, but standby for the specials! The menu expands to bring satisfaction to any palette.
