Ambiance/decor is very nice. Noise level is a little high (high ceiling). Our waitress was pleasant; however, a bit too much time lagged between visits. We were looking for her. I ordered the pear martini but sent it back because it was too sour. My husband requested to start with the corn chowder but it was served with his entree. But, he liked it. He said the crab cake sandwich was fine, not great. I had the steak salad. I didn’t care for the potato chips on top (more strange than creative). Too much dressing on the salad and the dressing was salty (ask for it on the side). Might give the restaurant another try as it’s still fairly new.

It was a bit loud but it was a Friday night and very crowded. With a reservation there was no wait and we were seated immediately. I will definitely go back but will probably choice a weekday.

Restaurant was beautiful, lighting was soothing, food was tasteful, and service was impeccable. 10/10 would love to go again.

Our server was so personable! From the host to the busser and food delivery person, everyone was so friendly and I could tell that the pride themselves on excellent customer service. The pear martini is superb! The Brussels sprouts appetizer was delicious. I also had the fig salad with salmon, which they asked how I liked it cooked, not many restaurants ask that these days. We also had a burger and it was elevated for sure. We will definitely be back!

Great addition to the Severna Park restaurant scene. Some others better up their game. Everything was very nice. It will be our new “go to” for lunch and dinner. GM very attentive, accommodating, friendly. A++

I’ve eaten at Cypress 3x now. Each time it gets better. There were some possible opening jitters in the beginning, particularly with service. The food has never failed. The service continues to get better and was excellent last night. Looking forward to my next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service by the staff. We had the crab dip, fried green tomato's and shrimp tacos. All were very good.

New Year’s Eve reservations. We were seated promptly, but the booth was very tight fitting. Our appetizer order was never put in, and therefore never received. When our dinner was brought out we asked for the appetizer to be cancelled. It was only then that we were told it was never put in. Our food was very good (Firecracker shrimp tacos and Salmon Club). It is evident that they are still working out some organizational issues with being a new restaurant. Hopefully those will get worked out.
