I definitely would return to try more dishes. The delta style tamales were some of the best we’ve had and the cypress cornbread croutons made the Caesar salad. We had the blackened redfish and shrimp, smoked pork belly and grits. Both were delicious. Service was well-timed and server was very attentive and friendly.

This is our second time here for an anniversary date. Last year was excellent. This time was good with a few exceptions. My husband ordered the Surf n Turf section, a smoked NY Strip (med rare) and Shrimp. He said the shrimp was overcooked and the steak tasted delicious, but was difficult to chew. I had a piece of us and agree the steak was very tough. He didn't send it back or say anything (he should have) but said he could get through it. I had the Smoked Chicken and it was delicious! The server Antonio (Ton) was perfect and very nice. Overall still an excellent place to eat and some of the best food around the LR area.

Happy Hour arrival is a must. The drink and app specials were a great start! The Cornbread appetizer is a group favorite, and the crab claw special were delish! The service and food were great as always.

There was a family with children that sat by us in the outdoor area. We were on a date. The children were very loud and rambunctious. The family ended up moving to another seating area because they seen how irritated the surrounding guests were getting. The little girl knocked my purse over, my boyfriend ordered a Hennessy and coke and it was very watered down. The food was the only decent thing of the night. The price for the dinner was expensive to have had that kind of disturbance in the restaurant. Very displeased.

The food was amazing! The brussel sprouts were to die for, and the ribeye and mashed potatoes were too. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his grits as well. The service was top notch. We will be back to try more of the menu.
