   Overall a good experience, however, I found a few details that could be use improving. First, the olive oil that was served with our bread tasted rancid. Second, the arugula salad was over dressed, and drenched in oil. Third, our waiter was not checking in with us, and we had to flag him to get his attention. Other than that, a nice evening.

   Second visit after 15 years. Always excellent real Italian food and fantastic service with a personal touch. I mentioned to our waiter Amadhi that I spoke to Emma in the kitchen 15 years ago. After the appetizer, he told me to follow him into the kitchen, where I met Olga, Emma's daughter. We spoke in Italian and talked about her mother, Emma, and the fantastic food they continue to offer following Emma's recipes. It was a romantic dinner with my wife, and we really appreciated the staff's discreet approach, like in Italy, without the annoying questions such as "How was your first bite?" They assume the food is excellent. Grazie mille!

   Perfekzione. Service impeccable. Food always deserving of ovation. Its the place to eat « la cucina della nonna » in Montreal. Everything was delicious. Wine amarone also perfect. Good price.

   Always a lovely experience at Da Emma. Food was delicious. Unfortunately we did notice the portion sizes have decreased substantially but I imagine it's food costs/profit that have driven the changes. Staff as always 5 star!

   Loved my supper at Da Emma! I was a solo dinner and was offered a table but opted for the bar instead. The ambiance is like no other, absolutely gorgeous. The bartender/server was great, very attentive while being quite busy. Everything was delicious, the portions were perfect so I felt full but not overly so and the tiramisu is a must try! It is expensive but it was so worth it and a perfect birthday treat. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and come back during my next Montreal visit.

   Wonderful waiter (I don't remember his name, maybe Sebastian?) Very good appetizers, main dishes and ambiance! Highly recommend!
