   Unfortunately I am giving my first negative review of Da Vinci. I just gave a very positive review 2 days ago. Last night, it took 20 minutes for a server to even come to our table, 1 hour to get our salads and appetizers and when our meals got there, they were not good. Very disappointed this time. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

   We had the best meal of our vacation at this restaurant. It's part of the Holiday Inn complex. The service was excellent, food even better - the overall experience was superb. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we're on the island.

   Food was quite good, but we were served our entrees while still eating our appetizers . Service felt rushed. Very tasty bread basket and well made cocktails. We were annoyed about a 15% "kitchen help" charge in addition to the tip. Also, no bathroom for patrons. We had to go next door.

   Such a lovely evening at da Vinci located in the Holiday Inn resort in Aruba. We had an early reservation at 5:30 so it was not that busy and we were waited on with lots of attention from everyone. A definite shout out to our main waiter, Ramon, what a kind and personable young man. Very impressed with his service.

    The service, presentation of the food, and the ambiance were great. The soup and the appetizer were very good. The main courses were not that great. They looked very good but the taste was underwhelming. I really wanted to like my meal, but I did not.
