Although it was Thanksgiving evening and restaurants would normally be busy, I bet any Friday or Saturday night in South Beach would be equally busy so I don’t buy the excuse we were given for the poor service. Not only were the food and drinks uncommonly slow to come out, but there were multiple accoutrements missing, requiring our server to retreat to correct. When the manager asked us at the end of the meal about our experience, we were honest, keeping in mind that we’re not “complainers” typically. He apologized and offered us each a glass of wine on the house which was the right thing to do. The food was expensive but we expected that considering the location. Our entrees were delicious and appropriately hot.

The food was not presented very well and there was little flavor. The wait staff was friendly but seemed new and inexperienced. The view of the beach and people were wonderful. Not a good quality food especially considering the very high prices.

We had a large group and they were very accommodating. They called to confirm ahead of time. Our table was ready and set upon arrival. When we had a minor issue the manager came out and addressed it right away. The staff is incredible and made my cousin, who was celebrating her 50th, feel very special. The food was also really good! My salmon was cooked to perfection and the drinks were great. I highly recommend!
