   My Daughter and I Had a lovely Pre Theatre dinner A special treat while she’s visiting from Australia. The restaurant was a perfect find , beautifully decorated , serene atmosphere , prompt friendly service and the food was delish. Would definitely return.

   I booked the pre theatre package option so when I arrived this should have been obvious but I was given an a la carte menu, I found this embarrassing when I had to ask for the pre theatre menu which of course is more affordable. Once settled everything was wonderful the food was superb, the service and the setting was lovely. I would eat again at this restaurant although I do like to try new venues, but I can recommend this restaurant for anyone who wishes to eat close to the theatres and have a special experience.

   Pretty venue and attentive staff but the pre theatre menu is poor. The mains are listed without sides and so if you want a side you must pay extra and that’s a hefty £9 for a small portion of dauphinois and £8 for some greens. Just to put that in perspective if we hadn’t ordered sides we would have had a piece of chicken Milanese on its own on the plate. The food was also decidedly average. Poor show.

   This place was awesome! We did the pre-theatre dining menu which was fabulous and got us out right on time for our show. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was elevated yet very relaxed at the same time. Perfect spot

   Lunch after a visit to the British Museum for a special exhibition. We started with the crab and venison and shared the beef which was cooked to perfection medium rare. The ambience was just amazing as always and the service just perfect. We finished with the almond panna cotta. The wine list is very comprehensive with good wines at decent prices.

   We very much enjoyed our lunch last week - the service and food was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. One of our party was gluten free and there was no issue with this with an array of excellent choices. Thank you - we will return!
