                                  I love the food, service, and ambience. I bring many friends to Daniella’s who have never tried it and they love it, too!

                                  Daniella’s has been one of our favorite spots since we moved back to the area four years ago. Last night we had a reservation for 815 and they told us they were running about 15 minutes behind. We didn’t get sat until almost 9 o’clock and the young hostess was extremely rude to us. Probably the worst customer service ever experienced with this one particular girl girl. We sat on the patio because we love the ambience out there but because zipper was broken the plastic so we got poured on.

                                  Food and ambience was wonderful. Our waitress, Jodi was excellent, very attentive and didn’t rush us through our meals. The only issue was the loud booming music that made it difficult to have a conversation. When we first arrived they were playing nice soft music, but then changed after a while. Surprising for such a lovely restaurant

                                  The food was good but the waitress was terrible. The waitress was slow to take orders and left dirty plates on the table for 1hr+. The veranda sitting area is terrible and not a luxury experience. The heating lamps on the veranda are overwhelmingly hot and feel like your sitting under a heating lamp.

                                  Overall it was very good, our server was attentive but spoke a little fast and with her accent and the noise level made it difficult to catch everything she was saying. My swordfish was delicious and crispy outside which I loved, but my son said his chicken parm was too thick and therefore somewhat “rubbery.” This was disappointing as it was his birthday and it came recommended by a friend. The veal Parm was delicious as was the CBZ according to my husband and daughter. The dark espresso martini was delicious. I will be back, just maybe not for the chicken parm.

                                  I held a business dinner with 4 visitors from Japan and two other staffers. Our visitors said they had the best meals they had ever experienced in the US. We shared appetizers ( calamari, meatballs, and mussels) and they were great. The veal, steak and bolognese entrees were outstanding. The desserts (3 different cakes) were fantastic. Our server did an outstanding job explaining the menu to our foreign guests. Overall, an A+ experience.

                                  Second time at Daniella's to celebrate anniversary. Food was very good, service was outstanding. First time I ever tipped at 25%. Keep up the good work. We'll be back.
