Daniel's Broiler in Bellevue is located on the 21st floor of the Bank of America Building.

Spectacular views of the Cascade Mountains and Lake Washington are available from every table. Daniels Broiler features USDA Prime Steaks, the top two percent of all graded beef in the nation.

A 20% service charge is included. 100% of this service charge is retained by Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. We strive to be an employer of choice and our servers are paid a base wage and a separate commission based on their sales. Additional gratuity is not expected and purely optional. If you have any questions please ask to speak with a member of management.

    I have been dining here more than 5 times in 12 months. Food is ok. It's not bad. I don't see any special compared to traditional steak house. Costco meat tastes better. Over priced. It's on 21st floor. May be that's why. Dined in for 2.5 hrs. Manager told us to leave because they have their appointment full. Seriously? Good luck Daniel's.

    How the mighty have fallen… Daniel’s has been our go-to steak location for 15+ years for every special occasion. The last 5 years, we noticed that something changed, and the last 3 we noticed a marked change in quality of meat and of service. We always order the same bone in ribeye, and we always expect the highest quality service. Both have noticeably decreased and we’re sad to say there are better places now for quality and service. It’s with a sad heart we say we won’t be back. Great memories, though!

    The best part of our experience was the food. Very good and expensive. The noise level was too high. Difficult to talk to my guest and hear the conversation. For two people with alcohol the price was over $330.

    My family and I had a fabulous experience at Daniel's Broiler celebrating my husband's 70th birthday. The views from our table were beautiful, the service was impeccable and every item of food was delicious. The ambiance is lovely, and while we had a large table of 8 people, everyone could hear each other speak without having to raise voices. It was perfect. :)

    The experience was fine. The food was OK. The service was OK but for the prices that they charge I would expect back to something exceptional and it wasn’t the biggest challenge I had was the lack of transparency on the 20% service fee. I’m 100% OK with service fees but they went on to say that the servers get commission but it’s not clear if they also get a full salary the server then as far as to say I’m only gonna get 10% of the service fee, so please take note of that when you complete the bill. It just doesn’t feel very transparent and for the money the value and quality just wasn’t there. Likely will not be going back again. There are other amazing restaurants to try. To be clear there were three of us for dinner one appetizer one salad, four cocktails and the bill including Service was $825.

    Food prep could have been better (bone in ribeye was over charred and the Fillet Mignon was undercooked in the center, baked potatoes were slightly above room temperature etc., but everything else was very good. Will try again, but this will be yes or no on coming back in future. Bring back the old Daniel's, it was near perfect.

    Linda, our server, was great! The food was wonderful and we were so glad to have chosen DB to celebrate our (adult) children’s birthday.
