   This place is known for steaks but we ordered seafood. Calamari wasn’t very crispy and was room temp. Scallops were good but accompanying sauce was too sweet. Clam chowder tasted like it was in the bottom of the pot, way too thick. Overall wouldn’t be too bad but for the money not worth it. Service was great, very attentive.

   The staff were great! Problems: we waited a very long time between appetizers and main dish. Very long time, I'm not sure what the problem was. Food was as expected. Everything was quite good, but nothing really knocked my socks off. Our table shook when we were all cutting our steaks at the same time. They had us seated too close to another table which was awkward. An arm's reach away when someone is DIRECTLY behind you is too close! The experience was definitely not as luxurious as expected. We will probably be back at some point, but may try one of the other locations in hope of a better dining experience.

   It's a nice location (Bellevue) and has overall nice ambience (but too dark, good for romantic situations, not for seeing what you eat..). Food was good (rib eye and filet) but not a wow or to be remebered, hence price levels not justified by that. Could have same food experience for lower prices. Service was ok, but again not a wow or different from lower priced locations. All our party of 4 shared same impressions. My second time there, with similar experience.

   My favorite place to come celebrate my birthday and other special occasions. Maria was exceptionally amazing and truly went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special!

   The steak and salmon were both overly salted, overpowering their natural flavors. While the seasoning should enhance the dish, in this case, it dominated, making it difficult to fully appreciate the quality of the meat and fish. A lighter touch with the salt would have allowed the ingredients to shine.

   We visit Daniel‘s boiler locations around Seattle quite frequently for business functions. Tonight’s experience was by far the least impressive that we ever encountered. While the appetizers were impressively well prepared, the main dishes were less than satisfactory. Two of our three steaks were incorrectly prepared. We had ordered them Pittsburgh style, but received just plain steaks. We sent them back and within three minutes received the same steaks back with just a whole bunch of salted butter added to them and a little bit more crust. Sadly, now the steaks were overcooked and almost tough as leather. We also ordered the crème brûlée, which was overly burnt and made it almost inedible. I apologize for the negative review, but my business guests were not impressed and I want to warn other customers to be careful not to have the same experience.

    We were disappointed with our experience last night. Our server was mediocre at best and we could barely hear her even though the noise level was medium. The appetizers (scallops and oyster rockerfeller) we got were amazing. The meal was bleh. My husband’s steak was red even though he asked for medium and yes they asked him to cut to check and when he cut it then, it looked fine but then we realized it was indeed rare. I got the pork chop and it very meh. No flavor and kind of dry and over cooked. The Old Fashioned that my husband ordered had maybe a drop of bourbon and mostly mixer and ice. It also had lots of ice cubes vs one large ice cube as Old Fashions are supposed to be served. The truffle fries have also gone downhill. They used to be shoestring fries with much more truffle flavor. We’ve done at Daniel’s many times and this by far was the most disappointing. Highly unlikely that we will be back.
