Daphne is a modern American style restaurant, lounge, and garden terrace in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. Daphne offers American cuisine with a contemporary twist, skillfully curated by Executive Stuart Cameron. The menu showcases seasonal American classics, complemented by an array of small bites, handcrafted cocktails, and an extensive wine list, all presented within an elegant and modern ambiance. At the heart of the culinary offerings are two authentic wood-fired grills, infusing a distinct flavor into each dish. Locally sourced ingredients, along with local and imported seafood, are expertly grilled over live coals, ensuring a tantalizing dining experience.     Overall food was bland and overpriced for what you get, I didn’t like that you don’t get a side with your selection of protein

    First time and definitely not my last time visiting. Ordered the branzino fish with baked potatoe. It was scrumptious. The ambience was good. Servers/ waitresses were very welcoming and looked like they enjoyed their job.

    Food was topped only by the service. Thank you for going out of your way to make sure my group had the night we wished for!

    Ethan was amazing. I was stressed when I showed up but he immediately put us at ease and delivered a great meal. I highly recommend him and this establishment.

    Fantastic experience! I would recommend it to friend's and family. Beautiful decoration, delicious food and exceptional customer service! Mike was our server. Mike is attentive, funny and caring. Best service and great food recommendations. Amanda, was also great. Attentive and went above and beyond to seve pur table. We were a party of five people and we all left feeling uplifted and cared for. Do not hesitate, go!!

    It was a great experience, the pepperoni pizza was really delicious, the food was not expensive at all compared to other restaurants down town, not to mention our server was amazing, I don’t remember his name but he was very nice and kept checking up on us. The place is very beautiful and great for taking pictures if you’re going on a night out with your girls. Overall a great experience 10/10

    Our server AMAZING, food was okay, the pizza was really good but steak and dessert wasn’t the best. Not really worth the price. I’d go for drinks and pizza though. Ambiance was amazing

    When we arrived (for a birthday) we were originally sat at the lounge side which was a bit frustrating since I had made the reso weeks in advance. After asking the waitress to be moved to the dining side of the restaurant the entire night went off without a hitch. They quickly found us a better table and service was amazing. Quick, friendly and polite. There is a coat check service which is very handy in the winter season and the managerial staff are extraordinary, popping in to each table to see how things are going. Food and drinks were also amazing and the ambience had a great vibe without being too loud. Really enjoyed our evening at Daphne and we will be back. The service alone makes it a must visit for a luxury dining experience.
