Dauphine’s is a modern day incarnation of the dramatic Grande Dame establishments of New Orleans, brought to you by the award winning Long Shot Hospitality - the team behind DC's beloved The Salt Line Restaurants. Dauphine’s utilizes Mid-Atlantic ingredients to prepare classic New Orleans fare while also creating original dishes inspired by the legendary city. All brought to you in a breathtaking spacious downtown restaurant setting with the most beautiful bar in downtown DC, plenty of patio dining, and a festive outdoor bar and garden area. Our dinner was an early one on New Year's Eve. The restaurant was festive and the service was prompt and courteous. All of our meals were delicious and well presented. We were given a comfortable period of time to order and enjoy our meal. We all plan to be back. Great dining experience!

Overall excellent choice for dining. It is a Michelin starred restaurant. Great food, service, etc.Our first time going and we went for brunch. They had the live jazz band. You definitely get a feel of the Nawlins ambience! I was a little surprised at the small portions. But we filled up with the delicious bread basket and I had the oysters as an appetizer with the crab cake, potato salad and collard greens. Hubby had catfish and grits which he loved. Next time I plan to try dessert and the raw fish tower..

Went for Sunday Jazz Brunch food and drinks were delicious. The inside was big and very beautiful.

Beautiful decor and very welcoming hosts. Food was decent, service was just ok. Unfortunately, would not likely return.

Oysters are fresh and the bread is amazing! They can even split entrees in two plates if needed.

The food overall was average. The best thing on the menu were the selection of oysters. The deserts were amazing and the drinks. The main entrees were mid could have used more seasoning for flavor but less salt. It was missing the New Orleans spice. If we go back is to try the happy hour at the bar but not their dinner menu.

Great service from the moment we walked in the restaurant! We were greeted warmly and they accommodated our two small kids. The food was delicious!
