   Greatly enjoyed my experience here, as usual. This is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a quality meal.

   Great food and great service! The portions were a bit small, but I'm ok with that. The only real negative is they sat us at a table for two that was literally bumped up against a corner wall, so the side of the table touches one wall and directly behind one seat is another wall. So, one person must look at 2 walls, while the other can see just a small portion of the dining area. They need to just get rid of that table altogether or do the old, "This is our worst table, anyone who volunteers to sit here gets 20% off their meal." To be fair, we asked to be moved (we would have accepted the bar ... anything besides this table) and they moved us to a lovely table by the window. We will definitely be back. The Polenta Rags is melt-in-your-mouth amazing.

   Everything was amazing!!! Best Italian food- the real thing. They dont drown everything in heavy cream like fake italian restaurants do! Great service too!

   Modest size menu but superb Italian food, especially the pasta. Mussels appetizer featured meaty mussels in a generous marinara based sauce. Could have used either a few more muscles or more bread to sop up the extra sauce, but this was excellent. Standout entree was the mushroom pasta (Agnolotti Quattro Formaggi e Funghi) - super creamy and rich. Everyone loved it!! The Bucatini Carbonara was also excellent. Absolute killer desserts were the Brown Butter Blondie (sea salt caramel gelato and very rich sweet shortbread) and a wildly unique strawberry rhubarb sweet basil and ricotta cheesecake (on special). A wonderful evening - thanks!!

   Ashley took care of us last evening and a marvelous job of it she did! She had a bit of help though from the kitchen as the lads and lassies in the back of the house did their jobs well again! Our last time in my date had the vodka sauce rigatoni and I had the orecchiette and we were both over the moon with our selections; this time we swapped and were again over the moon! Between the ambience, service, and food one can’t go wrong! Davanti knocked it out of the park again and I am looking forward to coming back and this time branching out a bit on the menu as literally everything looks amazing! Unfortunately, I’ll never be able to try the mushroom dish Ashley raved about as I am mushroom intolerant, but I’m always ready to live vicariously through my date who absolutely can enjoy mushrooms and as Ashley said, I’m still a fun guy. Important to note that aside from our dinner selections, we also very much enjoyed the Caesar salad and my French pressed coffee was every bit as enjoyable as one might expect it to be. We will again return soon! Thanks Davanti staff!

   Consistently good food and service. Convenient location with parking next door. A favorite in downtown Naperville.

    We arrived early and had a drink at the bar. The hostess came over to fetch us and offered us a very small table in the bar area, which we declined and instead offered to wait for a better table. I’m still a bit 50/50 on that as our second option was just next to the toilets and that’s never great, but aside from the seating locales, the service was good overall, the food was AMAZING, and we didn’t break the bank. My date and I felt the atmosphere was inviting, the music was appropriate, and our overall experience was more than satisfactory. We will return at a later date and enjoy ourselves again!
