   Dining was fine. Our server was very nice and everything tasted great. Our service in the gaming area was really poor however. None of the machines to add money to game cards worked and when we asked the staff member at the desk inside of the prize center for assistance she could have cared less. She stood there ignoring us for a very long time and didn’t even respond when we were finally able to ask her for help. Someone else had to come and help us, and he was super friendly and helpful. We probably would have spent a lot more money on game cards if we would have been helped with the issue.

   Got the wrong meal, server check twice and was not able to order drinks and my daughter and her friend were not able to order their food. We pay 80 for nothing server didn’t even bother to ask for a discount. My first and last time there.

   The waiter we had was excellent. Great food and great vibes. We were the guest who arrived at 6:30 for my birthday. We will be back.

   We got seated right away with using the OpenTable app. The food and drinks was decent, but a little over priced. It was difficult to order our food with the noise level at the bar seating area and it wasn’t busy at all. If you are just going to play games and watch some sports, I highly recommend it! There was plenty of TVs, but not able to turn on the Big Ten network!

    We decided to give D&B another try for diner after a poor visit 7 years ago. The 50% off is what enticed us. I made reservations for 5:30. We arrived at 5:25 and didn’t know where to go…the food “hostess” stand was empty and looked like it hasn’t been in use for years. So we got in the counter line (what I was trying to avoid by reservations). We wait behind 4 families who are just getting play cards. Finally we get to the counter and are seated. We waited 15 minutes before ANYONE even approached us. We ordered drinks and waited another 15 minutes for her to return and take the order. She forgot her tablet so had to take our order on her notes app on her phone. I was concerned as my son has food allergies (peanut, tree nut, fish), but she seemed to understand (until she asked if he wanted a Caesar salad which I explained no, because of anchovies). Then she was gone and didn’t return for another 30 minutes. We’ve now been there an hour. We watched employees walking around, the Host sitting on the floor behind the counter on her phone, only with 6-8 occupied tables. Our food finally arrived and was delicious - we almost forgave the experience…except we didn’t see our server for another 30 minutes. When we asked for the bill, it was $48 - I asked how to apply the 50% off. She said it was already applied. I was shocked. There were 3 of us. My son had wings and a side salad, I had the chicken sandwich and my husband had a burger. We had 2 root beers and a soda. How does that equal $100??? She said that we ordered $70 worth of food. Then I asked why is the bill $48? She had a tablet and couldn’t show me the bill (???). I asked for an itemized list. After 10 minutes, she brought the mgr over who still couldn’t produce an itemization but said that the first batch of wings weren’t made allergy safe so they made a second set and charged us for both. He took it off the bill and it changed to $35. No apologies, just a sob story of how it was a dbl shift and she was tired. Wow.
