   I had made a reservation for 11:15 and we were there on time. The waitress took our order and everything was good. I had ordered an alcohol drink and the 2 children that were along with my party ordered sodas. When everyone was done eating, we wanted to go play games with the kids. I had only drank 1/4 of my drink and the kids didn’t even drink half of their sodas so I asked 2 workers if it was ok to leave everything at the table and I was told yes by both people. We also had 2 jackets that we left at the table. When the kids were done playing the games, we came back to our table and EVERYTHING was cleared from the table. The jackets were gone along with everything else! A manager got our jackets from the coat closet but never said anything about the drinks. An alcohol drink isn’t cheap and that was just thrown out and then the kids were thirsty from playing their games so we had to stop on the way home (which is an hour away) to buy them drinks because theirs were thrown away also! I have never been anywhere where customer service was so bad!

   Waited 45 minutes for a waitress to bring over the wrong drinks. Then tells us the bartenders quit serving drinks so the managers had to make them. Ended up not ordering food because the service was awful. The drinks we got were watered down and not even what we ordered.

   Very loud and crazy went during shift change apparently first server gave us water then disappeared…asked manager what was going on and apparently it was shift change. Second server was amazing and did great with everything and making sure there was not gluten in the food or drinks !! Gluten allergies for me but she did amazing

   We were a group of 8 and ordered our food shortly after placing our drink orders. Twenty minutes later, my son’s Mac & cheese came out completely cold. We sent it back and it came back out hot. He never got his side of fries with it (I don’t think you need a side of fries with mac & cheese, but that’s what he ordered). It was still another 20 minutes before the remainder of the food came so we waited over 40 minutes total from when we ordered our food until it came out for the other 7 people in the group including two 7-year-olds. We said something to the server and she apologized. We couldn’t speak with the GM because they were apparently in the line trying to help facilitate the food orders. The food was average, but I didn’t expect much.

   We arrived at the perfect time, apparently. It was Valentine’s Day but it wasn’t crowded at all. We found our reservation, the kids played and ate and had lots of fun! We arrived at 4:30 on a Friday, Valentine’s Day.

   The food and service were good. The noise level in the eating area was so loud that it was hard to talk to the person sitting next to you. The game room was fun with a nice variety of games. However, for a place that advertises itself as an arcade for adults, there were a lot of kids there running around, seemingly unsupervised and messing with things. There seemed to be more kids than adults there, which made the arcade experience less enjoyable. My recommendation would be that there should be an age minimum of 18 to be there. Also, it would be nice if there were more sanitation products available in the arcade, especially for the VR games, such as headset wipes. The VR games were fun, but less enjoyable knowing that some sweaty kids had just been using them, and there were no disinfectant wipes to use before we put the headsets on. I would go back again and recommend to anyone who is interested in an arcade and food experience but doesn’t mind loud noise and potentially kids running around in the arcade.

   On a Friday night, 1/2 of the items we wanted to order were not available. From the bar, High Noons were on the beverage menu but not in stock, though; the Blueberry Lemonade drink was more like pure sour mix, which was deceiving on the menu because it says citrus mix. The bartenders had no idea what they were doing, serving vodka sodas without limes and then taking 15 minutes to get limes, which we went up to the bar to get after waiting forever. They were out of Italian dressing, and another appetizer was ordered from the table. Overpriced, the experience soured our entire table of ever returning. HOWEVER, I must give kudos to the WONDERFUL manager, Kevin. His communication and honesty were the dinner's highlight and improved the situation. Not having skeeball on top of everything at dinner was the last straw, which Kevin acknowledged and provided a solution of passing along my disbelief and horror to the powers that be. As somebody in the industry, I get it, and he did a fantastic job and should be recognized for that. Thanks, Kevin! You rock!!
