Food is very Tasty. Ambience suits the neighborhood and the type of food served. A little noisy. Need more Servers. Overall a great Restaurant!!!

This is such a great place to eat at all the workers are so nice including the manger I really enjoy the guy that work at the bar this is a very nice laid back place

It was second time at this restaurant and we enjoyed the food immensely. The service was a bit lacking this time around, but not enough to keep me from supporting the restaurant. The girls and I had a great time!

I chose Dawn to celebrate my birthday with a friend. I was disappointed that the food was basic and the coffee was bitter. The noise level was so high that we really couldn't talk to each other without yelling. Our waitress seemed frustrated for whatever reason. Especially after I told her the coffee was bitter and, I requested a fresh brew. Which was also bitter. Overall, I was very disappointed and, I wasted $75. Wish we had gone to a pancake house.

Service was extremely slow. Took food over an hour to come out. Server should have apologized and continued to update table. Server also took a long time to bring to go containers and bags as well as take the check. On a bright note, the food was good and well seasoned.

Hello, K. My name is Quentin, a manager here at Dawn. I'm sorry to hear about your experience, as we always want to provide not just good service, but great and personable service. Although we had a Christmas event this day, that shouldn't be a reason as to why your food took as long as it did, so I apologize and will for sure provide further training to our kitchen staff on managing special events. If you could send me an email (I have sent to you privately) detailing anything about your service for me to evaluate and correct with our staff, I'd appreciate that, and hopefully we can get you back through our doors.
