The service and wine was great. The food was meh… except for the mashed potatoes. Steak didn’t have much flavor to it. Probably won’t be back unless someone convinces me to go to try the pasta

Very concerned that when I went to the restroom I witnessed our server wash his hands but then proceed to blow his nose into tissues after washing his hands - not sure he washed them afterwards. He also seemed concerned or somewhat irritated that two people in my party of 5 ordered salads. Not everyone enjoys meat or fish and some people like to simply eat lighter and healthier. Love Dean's and will always go back. Also, the lady servicing the table between servings was very quick (too quick) to scoop our plates and silverware. I was literally eating one of their delicious rolls with my plate and knife (for their incredible butter) sitting right in front of me and she scooped it while I had my mouth full. Never asked if we (or I) were finished with our plates. Just grabbed them. Seemed to be in a hurry.

The NY Strip was absolutely first level. Service was good and efficient, appetizer was OK.

Service and ambiance were outstanding. Seafood dishes ( oysters, scallops and branzino) are excellent. Kids butter noodles were salty. $90.00 bone in rib-eye was tough. Had to send back. Got the filet instead. It was better. Creamy horseradish was no good and was changed $2.00!

Exceptional as always. The oysters were great and bread additive. Steak was perfect, Billion Dollar potato always very good. Husband enjoyed his salmon. Service by Josh was on spot on. What a delightful person. Celebrated a birthday with this thoughtful dessert. Just right after a full meal.
