   A beautiful restaurant with lovely furnishings, tableware and attentive service. Entrees and sushi were all delicious. Mind where you are seated though if dining near sunset. We were in too much direct sun for a while.

   We went for sushi but found out when we arrived at 9:15 that they stop serving sushi at 9pm so that was disappointing. Service was excellent. The salmon was a little dry. The ceasar salad was fine but id recommend getting dressing on the side if you dont like a lot. The crab mac n cheese was delicious- that was the best part.

   Everything spot on. Maybe a bit pricey for my grouper at $60, but everything else was in line. Everything was delicious.

   Service from check-in to waitstaff were pleasant, helpful and just enough attentive. The sushi and swordfish were great. Marbled potatoes were tasty and nicely cooked. The chicken was dry and the exterior tough and brittle. Stick with seafood at this restaurant.

   From beginning to end, it was an exceptional dining experience. The wait staff was engaging, knowledgeable about the wines and great recommendation on the bottle we chose, food was excellent…just an overall wonderful dining experience!

   Amazing service by Jillian (?). The food was excellent as well. Will definitely be back. Not quite a place for business dinners. The place is nice enough but the clientele are sloppy resort visitors. So while it could be a great place for business meals they don't hold a high enough standard to get there.

   Deep Blu is far better than your typical hotel restaurant. Our server, Rebekah, was top notch. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive without being intrusive. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Our only complaint was the room temperature, which was probably comfortable for the busy servers, but too cool for us sedentary customers.

    The service was superb. We had crab cakes, clam chowder and the tostadas and everything was very tasteful and cooked perfectly. For dinner I had an issue with my swordfish too salty bit the waitress was fast and offered me options. She brought me the Burrata salad which I loved!
