    Our visit to Del Frisco's started out very well, with a friendly and helpful staff getting us settled and giving wine and dinner suggestions. The issue started when the food was delivered (food coming from the kitchen seemed slow) and even though my sons loaded baked potato was on the server's tray, he left without putting it on the table. We told 2 people that the potato was missing (the hostess who came by to check on us and our waiter) but by the time the potato finally arrived, we had all finished our dinner (so we refused the potato at this point). While the potato was taken off the bill, there was never an explanation why the potato wasn't delivered in the first place, no manager ever came by to apologize, nothing to make amends for the mistake. Very disappointing end to our experience.

    Amazing experience! Granted it was busier and hectic but they were so kind and really made it an enjoyable outing!

    We had a reservation but still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated, which was frustrating. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and service was slow. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and not up to expectations. I understand busy nights happen, but better organization and food quality control would make a big difference. Hoping management takes this feedback into account.

    Always a pleasure to be able to eat at DF in Charlotte. The menu and variety of options never disappoints.

    Thomas, our waiter, was outstanding. He made our dining experience so enjoyable. The food was outstanding as always.

    From the moment that we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and positivity. Every staff member that I came in contact with had this same philosophy which was refreshing you can tell that they hire great people who have life experience and know what customer service looks like. Sasha was our server and he was amazing. The general manager should be commanded. PS we have a high bar
