    This restaurant has so much potential based on the property, decor and name. My rating would be a 1 if our waiter, Sam, hadn’t been one of the best waiters I’ve ever seen. Front desk girls need training or need to be replaced. It’s clear several want a job but don’t want to work and their attitudes will put this place out of business with big name options nearby. The food was overall ok but inconsistent or not managed properly. Best meatballs I’ve ever had but salad was nothing special. Steak was ordered medium but came out closer to rare/md rare (waiter agreed) and the lobster tail was rubbery and fishy, a sign of less that fresh. I expected better for a $350 dinner. Patio has potential but again mismanaged. They may as well have plastic backyard tables out there. The patio experience is quite different than the standards inside. The waiter deserves 5 stars for making a 1star restaurant look like 3 stars. Note we heard 2 other tables complain about the hostess stand ladies.

    Johnathan was our server and did an excellent job providing excellent service. The meal was great as well. Keep up the great experience.

    The atmosphere was good. Everything was good. Our waiter was amazing. We had steak and double bone pork chops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Next time we go back, we will try the Seabass.

    The food was excellent and our server Brittany was outstanding. We will definitely recommend this location. We have been to several and they all have top notch food and service!

    I always look forward to going to Del Frisco’s. Very nice classy restaurant. This time I was slightly upset I didn’t get my favorite waiter “Chris”. I was told he was doing a party. Well wish we could have sat near the party. The experience was still nice, but Chris pays attention to details. My steak was a lil to pink. Didn’t want to complain, next I’ll make sure I specify “medium well. Thanks for everything, next time “Chris”

    Sat us right next to the bathroom on Valentine’s Day. Loud children. Server came by once every 30 minutes to only try and upsell us. Mediocre food. Bad service. 3 hours I won’t get back.

    Our server was busy with too many tables. Had a difficult time getting our drinks refilled. They brought out our food at two different times so we didin’t get to actually eat with our friends who came with us for appetizers or salads. They were very slow to respond to needs. We got our desserts about 10 minute before our very cold coffee. Overall the food was good, the atmosphere by the window was so nice. But honestly the services was just not near pleasant enough for all the money we spent or to make us return to this location.
