    Service was ok. Felt like our server forgot about us for the first half of our meal. He let our drinks run dry and had to wait for a refill. My son asked for his steak to be medium and it came out rare. The waiter didn’t ask if the steak was cooked to his liking when brought out. Ordered the bread pudding and it was over cooked to the point of being hard.

    A disappointing visit. We've eaten here many times and always had a great experience, but this was not one of them. Service was spotty at best, the kitchen was having a terrible night with food overcooked and having waited over 40 minutes for it we weren't going to send it back. I'm sure we'll be back someday, just not anytime soon.

    Our waitress was very friendly but the service was so slow. It took too long to get a drink and the food took longer than it should have too. There were several empty tables so it didn't seem to be a matter of it being a busy night. The food was good but the wait was frustrating.

    Service was terrible this past experience…took 30 min just to get water at the table. Food was good but I won’t be returning.

    Steak was awesome but desserts -bread pudding and coconut tart were just lacking. Birthday cheesecake was very good. The bourbon bacon topping for the steak was delicious! Will definitely be back for that. Also our waiter was great!!! Also a big thanks for cooking my steak to perfection…... I asked for well done and it was cooked to perfection. It was not dry at all. You definitely know how to cook steak❤️

    Worst restaurant experience of my life. Had a reservation and was kep waiting 15 minutes for a table. Then once sat waited another 20 minutes for our server. Drinks were slow. Didn’t remove any plates or check on us. Bathrooms were very dirty. Completely understaffed.

    Food was good, location was good, mixed drinks were average, service was almost non existent (reservation at 5. Arrived at 4:50. Received dinner 2hr 15 minutes later) the high cost value did not equal the terrible service which basically ruined our family holiday evening at Sundance Square!

    First time having brunch, and they did not disappoint! The prices were surprisingly affordable, and the quality was very good. The only problem I had was the breakfast potatoes were clearly old and dry, but besides that everything else was a 10 out of 10. Our waiter Korey was very nice and attentive, and never had to be asked to get refills, or bring to go boxes.
