   Of course it was Mother’s Day so the service was very slow being that they were very packed. My party got out food after 2 hours of waiting unfortunately, we ended up just taking it to go. Our waiter James was nice and the food was good but unfortunately the service wasn’t great on this busy day.

   I have left 2 reviews about restaurants in my life. One being exceptional service about 10 years ago and now this experience at Del Friscos Here is my experience for an Anniversary Dinner. I had reservations at 7:30, somehow everyone in eastern Massachusetts did as well. I stood in the waiting line for over 45 minutes for my reservation. When I was finally seated, I placed a drink order for water, Coca Cola and one single cocktail. We did not receive any of the drinks for over a half hour even though we had reminded the wait staff. I eventually just walked up to the bar to get myself waters. We then placed a food order, which took about an hour and thirty minutes to complete. The kitchen staff most likely had to receive and butcher the cattle while we were waiting. (They were just overloaded because too many reservations were accepted) The wait staff did not have any forks or knives ready for the food. I had asked the waiter and busser for utensils, which never came. So again, I walked across the restaurant to ask the bartender for utensils so my date and I didn’t have to eat with our hands. My steak frites was actually pretty good and the caprese salad with filet came out well. Overall, I waited multiple hours for food and felt as if my reservation and time was not respected for a very expensive meal. If this was any other place aside of a high end restaurant I probably would have just let this slide. However I drove an hour to get here on a special occasion. I thought this place was going to knock it out of the park, it didn’t.

   Running out of clean utensils and cups is Just unacceptable at all. Doesn’t matter how busy your establishment is. Not to mention how overwhelmed and unorganized checking in for reservations was. I applaud the hostess’ for being patient but it’s unacceptable for the confusion they experienced as well as guest. Not to mention errors in food orders.

   It was a horrible experience took 30 minutes to get water another hour to get our food.

   We had a lovely Mother’s Day Dinner, it was really busy so the food took a bit longer. It was definitely worth the wait. Everything cook perfectly, with enough left for a second meal the next day. We will be back for sure.

   Had a great Mother’s Day meal at Del Frisco’s Grille in Westwood. The crab cake was delicious, and the cozy-upscale vibe made it feel special without being too formal. Even with the holiday crowd, the service was outstanding. Definitely worth a visit!

   We had a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch. Our waiter Andrew went above and beyond. The food was delicious I am sad I couldn’t eat more!

   Had reservation and the were late sitting us but sat others who came in after us. Waitress was terrible. It took over and hour before our dinner order was taken No interest in us. Manager was no better he came to make it better took out order and never came back to check on us. I will never go there again! For what you pay to dine there you would expect better service
