Only restaurant I order chicken …. So delicious!! Friendliest service in Houston and festive, cozy ambiance!

                                                                                                We had a great dinner at Del Vista last evening. It was quite crowded (we had to park at the car wash next door) and pretty loud when we first arrived at 7:15, but it calmed down as the evening wore on. The food and service were excellent!

                                                                                                We always enjoy the food and atmosphere at Del Vista. It’s was really busy last night so a little glitchy with service, note this is not the norm. We had three starters to share the artichoke dip was a special and it was delicious. Three guests had the pork chop which they all enjoyed, I had the salmon and polenta which is one of my favourite choices from the menu it never disappoints. Banana pudding, tiramisu and cream brûlée for dessert. All food was excellent.

                                                                                                arrived early for ladies happy hour. Staff was more than willing to help set me up on outside patio to not be bothered by noise level inside. During happy hour, staff was more than attentive to our drink and snack needs. Dinner was eventually offered and everyone was happy with choices and being able to visit and have a good time. always willing to return to Del Vista.

                                                                                                Great experience as always! The French 75 and Orange Buffalo are both fantastic drinks. The meatball appetizer and wedge salad were wonderful. Everything was great except for the chicken dinner which was a little bit dry and somewhat bland. So I asked for vinaigrette dressing to dip it in and that dressing was amazing. But overall, a great night and we will definitely be back!
