Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. Inventive seasonal dishes—like wax beans with bottarga and boquerones—share the menu with updated classics like beef tongue tonnato, alongside a carefully curated list of wines by glass and bottle. The sleek interior, tastefully adorned with red marble and dark wood, hosts a front bar for walk-ins as well as a chef's counter in the back.

Please note: We are a small restaurant. Reservations in the dining room and at the chef's counter are intended for dinner. For drinks and snacks we accept walk-ins at the front bar. Thank you for your understanding.

Come nel caso di questo brioso locale del West Village che Eater ha definito il nuovo wine bar più interessante di Manhattan. The focaccia was excellent, above average. We ordered the $84 dollar lobster to share. It arrived lukewarm, in a tepid blah curry sauce. It was not good. The lobster pieces sort of sat on this weirdly textured tasteless sauce. We tasted it and then left 3/4 of the dish there. They refused to comp the dish, comp even a glass of wine or offer another fish. It was unbelievable. We will never go back. Very poor hospitality.

My new favorite spot. The food is spectacular, and the ambiance is perfect to be able to chat with your group while having a bit of background noise - service is also top tier. This is my new spot.

What a fabulous place. Great staff. Very knowledgeable. Food exceptional and creative use of flavours. Just a wonderful place to dine.

Easily on my top 5 list of places to eat and drink at in the city now. Received not only amazing food, but over the top service and hospitality. Will definitely be back for more!

Love Demo. So much variety in the menu and every dish I've ordered in the three times I've been here are delicious. I love their butter beans, the caraflex cabbage, the pasta with duck ragu and the fluke. Cant wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!

Great experience. Bar was excellent followed by great customer service at table. Excellent and creative food paired with nice wine choices. Will come back soon.
