The DeSimone's Steakhouse is nestled in the mountains, near Hoover Dam, inside the Railroad Pass Casino and Hotel, serving quality cuts of meat, fresh seafood and Italian dishes in an Old Vegas setting. DeSimone's Steakhouse offers guests a fine-casual dining experience. A starter of coconut shrimp with an apricot sweet chili, spinach artichoke dip with warm tortilla chips, or traditional French onion soup. Guests can feast on a main course of filet mignon with lobster tail, Thai curry seabass, or indulge in our famous slow-roasted prime rib. Our restaurant also offers fresh salad, hearty soups and scrumptious desserts.

DeSimone's Steakhouse offers a selection of wine and handmade craft cocktails. Hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm to 10pm.

                                                                                              Very good service. Wait staff was very attentive. The food was delicious. The filet and Porterhouse steaks was excellent. Jo's spinach salad is delicious.

                                                                                              I love DeSimones. The steaks/prime rib are great with fantastic sides and even better service. The restaurant is located inside Nevada's oldest running casino and the decor fits so well. It has an old school feel and isn't trying to be modern or fancy. I think they've created a unique and comfortable space with great food and people. One of my favorite restaurants hands down.

                                                                                              One dinner, prime rib, was excellent, but my rib eye was quite tough. Waitress was nice and friendly, but not very attentive.

                                                                                              Our server was pleasant and friendly. She took our drink order and after a bit of a wait we received our drinks. Then a little more waiting she took our food order. Then….pretty much nothing. We received our food. The citrus salmon was excellent, the pan chicken was excellent but my friend’s steak was way overdone and just ok. We waited for quite some time wondering where our waitress went (btw the place was less than half full). She finally returned, we got the bill (which was very reasonable) paid and left. We do like the atmosphere and food and even though the service is excruciatingly slow we may be back.

                                                                                              The food was great. Our server could have been more responsive. But, overall she was pleasant. Food was great and it was a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

                                                                                              Our server, Vinnie, was great. Food was delicious! And the French 75 was great. The only downside was the cigarette smoke from the casino was very strong and unpleasant.

                                                                                              Ophelia is wonderful and from the time you check it to finish you have the best dining experience. The food is delicious and you’re never rushed. One of our favorites for a great dinner.

Bisque and vegetables only warm and not very tasty (mostly the broccoli dish. Seemed old and soggy with poor taste). Pork was ok at best. Baked potato huge but barely warm. Service was ok. Bad value for the cost. Should have ate at the cafe across the hall. My girlfriend had onion soup and Salmon which was ok

                                                                                              We had a great dinner with my elderly father to celebrate the holidays! Loved the old school vibe! No loud music being piped in so we had great conversation! Excellent food,outstanding service! Great cocktail specials! All around a lovely evening!
