                                  This was my second visit and it was consistent and amazing! Our server Jacob was attentive and helpful with choosing our entrees and the perfect dessert. We shared the goat cheese and beet salad and I had the daily special of crispy duck confit. Both were delicious and I will say the BEST crispy duck confit I’ve ever had. We finished with the Apple and berry cobbler a la mode. Another great meal on the books at Deux Bistro!

                                  We had been urged by another couple we met at another restaurant to give this place a try. It was convenient to our office and so we opted to have dinner on a Wednesday evening. We are glad that we took their advice. We had a lovely meal and will certainly return. The restaurant is one of the few French restaurants in the San Fernando Valley. Music playing was sung in French. The menu offerings included some classic French cuisine options and with a couple of nice specials explained by the waiter. Both the waiter and his assistant were attentive, and anxious to make sure we had a lovely time. We were able to share our ordered appetizer and our ordered main course. We also shared the seasonal apple and quince dessert which was warmed but could have been heated a little longer as it was cool in the center. The portions were all, dessert included, generous. Bread and a compound butter with caramelized shallots was served hot and not machine made...delicious and worth the extra charge of $6.00. But there was not enough left by the time our steak frites arrived to use to soak up the delicious pan sauce. Cappucino serving was inexpensive but barely filled half of the cup. We will certainly return and continue to explore the menu....It is a great find with ample free parking in the parking lot behind the building where the restaurant is located in The French Quarter.

                                  Ditch non-French music in background. Don't charge for bread and butter. Need more wines by the glass. Remembered anniversary with complimentary creme brulee, a nice touch. A needed fine dining in the neighborhood

                                  The food was outstanding. Service was good. The restaurant was totally full which created a high volume of noise. The chicken was the best I ever had. We will definitely return.

                                  Energetic is a nice way of saying so loud it was difficult to carry on a conversation. It was otherwise a pleasant experience.

                                  This is our 2nd time eating here. My husband and and I were celebrating our anniversary. The food was delicious, hubby had the trout, which was outstanding, I had pasta which was really tasty, but I especially liked his!! we started with the bread and butter, which was excellent and then we each had a salad. My hubby had a Caesar salad and I had an endive salad. Both were great.!!  For dessert we shared the Apple peach cobbler, which had all kinds of nuts on top just really really delicious!!  I had a latte and my husband had a cappuccino. Both were very good. we really enjoyed the restaurant, the service and the intimacy of the restaurant although it does get loud.  Highly recommend!!

                                  Deux Bistro is a gem on a highly competitive Ventura Blvd. The menu has a wide variety of food and wine. We tried the olives, bread and butter, Caesar salad, Steak Tartar, and Steak Frites. Dessert was a Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse. All dishes were delicious. The best part was the wonderful service. The place was packed and all the servers were pleasant and helpful. Reservations recommended on weekend dinners! We will be back!

                                  Delicious meal in a cozy setting with attentive and friendly service. The French onion soup, steak frites and moules frites were all wonderful. The French red wine was fantastic as well. The warm baguette with shallot butter is a must. Happy to have a French bistro in Woodland Hills! Bravo!

                                  Exactly what was missing in Woodland hills! Everything a French bistro should feel like: a simple menu with all French Bistro classic meals perfectly executed (and we tried many!) Great ingredients and great wine list! Friendly staff and warm atmosphere without being too "French fancy"! Merci et Bravo Deux Bistro!
