Visiting family in town they were eager to check this place out. It was a beautiful restaurant and the food was pretty good and priced decently but my main issue was the service. I made a reservation for 6:15 pm, didn't get seated till an hour later, and kept checking in with the host. However, they just seemed flustered, kept fanning each other down with menus, and overheard a comment to another customer that they had "11 reservations walk-in" so it shouldn't be a surprise, right? Did not seem like they were prepared at all. Once seated, our server seemed even more flustered. She spoke so quickly we had to ask her to slow down. We were only seated for a few minutes with no drink menu provided and she approached us like we should have already known what we wanted, had to ask her a few times to allow us a few minutes to review the menu. I am a fan of dry red wines and they had a large wine selection but the three different red wines I had were all sweet. We had high hopes for this place since our family was so excited to go. I might be open to checking out their other location the next time we're in town. Hopefully, they can straighten out their process.

While our experience at this restaurant has always been outstanding as far as service is concerned, for the last two visits the wait time for the food was rather a bit much, about 50 minutes. However, for the time before yesterday the waiter was excellent and came to us more than once, apologizing for the long delay and offering us more bread even a dessert which we declined. Yesterday, our waitress was rather abrupt and not what one would expect from a restaurant of this standing. The food at this restaurant is always consistently excellent.

Not sure if they had a lot of newly untrained staff but the service was horrible and there was so much disorganization amongst the servers. We waited about half an hour for our drinks. Random waiters kept bringing food to our table that we didn’t order and they had no idea which table it belonged to. It took forever to get our food. We won’t be going back to the restaurant.

Very much disappointed. I made a reservation with a request two week notice, and when I asked for the reservation that I requested, I was ignored. This was a birthday request for out of town family. Will I be coming back … don’t think so!!

My friends and I had quite an enjoyable experience dining here. The waitress was very attentive and personable and the wine was very good. Our food was quite tasty and we were given the freedom to talk and enjoy each other's company without feeling rushed. 5 stars for sure! I forgot to mention that the view of the Sandias was gorgeous. Another plus!

We are thrilled to finally have an upscale, lovely restaurant in Rio Rancho. Food is diverse, moderately priced, and good. A little loud evening crowd (they’re all happy, duh)! Very attentive service.

What a great night! Drinks and service were excellent, thanks to Madeline in the bar. Atmosphere/ vibe was sexy cozy on a super chilly night. Then the food!!! A date night of 4, we all chose to get something different to sample, including dessert, and we were all pleasantly satisfied. Everything was terrific and we all can’t wait to go back! Made me forget about the parking situation (lack there of).. See you next weekend! Oh and we can’t wait to hang out there in the spring and summer on the fabulous patios!

My experience at Lescombes was excellent. The server (Matthew) was efficient and attentive. I was impressed the total ezperience. The cost was so very reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends (already have). Overall I will be coming back.
