We strive to serve exquisite food and give excellent service. Dillard's specializes in traditional American steakhouse fare including Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye's, Wagyu, and more. Our side dishes range from Lobster Macaroni and Cheese to Garlic Smashed Potatoes, and are portioned to be shared with others at your table. The wine list is both exceptional and unique to this town as we tend to find wines that other dining establishments haven’t yet discovered. This restaurant needs help. They only had 2 servers and no management. We had reservations as did several guest but no communication. We waited in line for over an hour before the waitress said anything. This was the worse experience. The Westin Hotel should end the contract with Chophouse. This made the hotel look bad. I would not recommend this place.

I had these reservations for three weeks, it was Valentines Day, when we got there we stood at the door for about 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Then when someone did speak they proceeded to let us know that they were outta Everything, Steak.. Salem, Shrimp. Just about the whole menu they were out of. So of course we didn’t eat there. BUT you know it’s Valentine Day, you know you’re going to be busy.. so why not pre order what you need? It was just very poor!! All the way around! We wanted to try something new and couldn’t even do that.

I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to someone on death row as their last meal, because they wouldn’t get seated, greeted or served. Came on Valentines Day and the place had a total of three tables occupied so there is no excuse for this type of service.

Had valentine reservations at 8 pm. By the time we got there they were out of food. Only one ride waiter working.

Waited at hostess table for 15-20 minutes none showed up to seat people. There was a long line and people just started walking out because no hostess or waiter or waitress came to seat anyone. There were plenty of tables that were open. This was the absolute worse dining experience I ever had. We had reservations for 6:30pm and no one even came up to talk to us about setting down. Completely unprofessional and the manager of that restaurant should be ashamed.

Arrived at 6:20 for our 6:30 reservation on Valentines Day. Several people standing at the Host/Hostess station which was completely unmanned. The 6pm reservation was still waiting for their table. Fast forward 20 minutes and we never saw anyone get seated, including the 6pm reservation. Still not sure if they even have a Host or Hostess. We will not be back.

My reservation was scheduled a week in advance for February 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM. It was never honored and the wait time was over an hour. The hour passed and the table was never made available. I stayed another hour and watched people leave dissatisfied. After requesting the manager I was finally told that the kitchen would close in 8 minutes. I finally left disgusted.

This was the worst experience that we have ever had at a restaurant. We made 6pm reservations and when we arrived there was a line with about 7 people in front of us waiting with reservations at 6pm as well. At around 6:45 they finally acknowledged us and told us that it would be a 1 hour wait. We went ahead and sat down since it was Valentine’s Day and it would impossible to find reservations somewhere else. Well at 7:20pm the waitress came over and asked can she get us some water, she returned with the water at 7:45. Meanwhile my husband went to the bar to get a beer and the guy behind the bar never acknowledged him at all! The entire time the restaurant had about 20 people in there so we did not know why they were so behind. At around 8:15 and nothing we decided to get up and walk out! I will never visit again! Did I mention valet parking was $20.00!!!

Waited 30 minutes after reservation to be seated only to find out 30 minutes later that they couldn’t serve us because of fighting among kitchen staff. Unreal. Will never be back.
