   Fun to dine w a group. The dips allow you to personalize your food, great attentive servers. I received a birthday card and treat from the team 🥰

   Not attentive, phone not functioning when called to set up birthday. Not a facilitating establishment.

   Hello Denise, We are sorry to hear that you were not able to get a hold of us for your birthday plans. Our business is open Wednesday- Sunday from 5 PM to 10 PM, and 5 PM to 11 PM on weekends. If you attempted to reach us on our closed days or times, there is sadly no one available to take your call.    Very much enjoyed the ambiance and unique menu. This was our first time to the restaurant, which we told the waitress, she made zero effort to make suggestions or offer any guidance on the menu other than “drinks are on the back”. When the runner brought out the food he told us to cook it for a specific amount of time, but used a time measurement neither my partner or myself were familiar with. When I kindly asked him to explain what that measure of time was as it was our first visit, he said “a circle 8” then walked away. Still have no idea if that meant 8 seconds or as long as it would take to do a circle 8 motion the hot pot. We spent over $250 and left hungry. Was a unique experience I’m glad we tried, but we won’t be returning. Normally this family of restaurants does such a great job with customer service, so still surprised by how bad it was. Maybe we just aren’t posh enough to eat at this establishment and fully appreciate it. Also want to note that the check-in process was easy and those two individuals were extremely friendly and helpful. Wish I could say the same for everyone else.

   Even with the recent menu changes, it’s still unforgettable. And although the timing of certain dishes occasionally felt lopsided, it balanced itself out by the end.
