                                        This was my first experience at a fancier restaurant, and it definitely lived up to the hype! My girlfriend and I came for her birthday. All the dishes we tried were very good and I could tell they were crafted with care and thought. The duck fat potatoes had a lot of unique flavors that combined deliciously, and the steak and eggs had amazing flavor and touches. I especially liked the combination of perfectly medium rare steak, egg, mushroom, and crispy potatoes.

                                        We had a wonderful experience overall! The food was delicious, though there were a few mismatches between the descriptions and what we received. The server described the egg with the Steak and Eggs as shaved, but we were surprised to receive it sunny side up instead. As for the salmon, while the skin was flavorful and salty, the fish itself was a bit bland and lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. On a positive note, the duck was absolutely delicious, and the drinks we ordered were fantastic as well. The staff were great throughout, providing excellent service and adding to the overall positive experience.

                                        The food, service, and atmosphere is always impeccable and amazing. Dish is my favorite place to go for celebrations or a safe space to grieve over the future of our country. The tiara cabbage was absolutely amazing!

                                        An “A for effort and creativity in plate offerings. Sadly, misses the mark in food design. Overly complicated and overly spiced, losing natural tastiness of the ingredients.

                                        What a great find in Lincoln. The server was just wonderful with great recommendations. The food was innovative and as good as anything in NY or SF. If you are in Lincoln NE, make sure to have a meal here.

                                        Absolutely spectacular. The creative combinations of fresh ingredients make’s for an outstanding experience. The steak from the steak and egg was the best steak I’ve ever eaten.

                                        DISH is amazing every time we go. The menus change so there’s always new things to try. I always get whatever the beet dish is. The best beets anywhere.
