At Oak Mountain Winery, tucked away from the De Portola Wine Trails, is where you'll find the 36522 Distillery. The undiscovered jewel of Temecula, California, is our Distillery. You can either celebrate a milestone or escape from everyday life here, but either way, you'll get a refined, traditional experience.

To create the finest spirits, our mixologists look for outstanding ingredients, combine traditional methods, and handcraft everything from scratch.

Whiskey, Rum, Bourbon, Agave, and Gin are among the featured selections.

Reservations are advised as we soon fill up with other cocktail enthusiasts. No pets are allowed; this is a bar for adults 21 and older.

                                                                                                                                            Nice idea for a restaurant within the larger Oak Mountain property. Seating felt cramped and it was pretty loud inside making for conversation to be difficult.. the service though was great and the food was well prepared and delicious. Not sure I would go back for a group dinner but maybe for drink.

                                                                                                                                            We tried the Distillery for the first time with a group of 7. Very cool and intimate atmosphere. The food was really good - we had the empanadas and brussel sprouts for our starters and the diablo pasta was fantastic. The drinks were great - try the smoked old fashioned for sure!

Servers were friendly, attentive and efficient. Tri tip sandwiches were tasty and large portions. Our craft manhattans were superb. Would highly recommend for an afternoon dinning experience.

We were there exclusively to review the distillery. Very small venue. No wine by the glasses. Limited beers. Only mixed cocktails. We had a Manhattan and it was around $22 for the drink. It was OK. The food was basic bar food. Nothing to write home about. Meat on the burger we got was less than warm. The cave restaurant in the winery was much more appropriate if you’re looking for a fine dining .

                                                                                                                                            My only issue with this place is the exorbitant price of the mixed drinks. Paying $22-26 for one single mixed drink is sheer insanity. The drinks were good, but no better than any other place for the price to be at least $10/more per drink. Other than that, the food was good, service was good (although a bit slow), and the hostess was phenomenal (Maddie).

We had the hummus and chimichurri fries were amazing. They even brought extra pita bread and cucumbers for us.
