Had a large party of 9 with a nice large table on the window with spectacular water views. Prices are a bit high for the portion size, but you are getting good value on your dining experience with excellent food, views, beautiful decor and attentive service.

I very seldom leave poor reviews but I feel like I have to leave one here. We were so disappointed by our dinner at Ditas. First, the food was just not good. My entree was pasta with pesto, squash, walnuts etc. and instead was just strange, pasta swimming in green broth with indistinguishable vegetables. Just not good. My two companions didn’t like their food either. The only thing we liked were the truffle fries. The ambience was mixed. A lovely setting with amazing bay views of the city - but in an almost empty restaurant (on a Friday night) and with awful very unsophisticated music. My basic take on the place is, what a missed opportunity! With a talented chef and good music this place would be local treasure, with that setting. Until that happens, avoid.

Fantastic views - food was good, could be better given price point. Creative presentation on desserts (tiramisu, creme brulee) but misses the mark on taste. Wagyu tacos were excellent.

What a view from this glass front dining room across the Bay and of the city skyline. It’s stunning. The food is also really quite creative and well executed. The only - but significant issue - was service. It was painfully slow and made me have great compassion and empathy for what was clearly a short staffed dining room (and maybe kitchen?). I suspect it was close to 25 minutes before our initial drink order was taken and arrived despite only two other tables being occupied in the dining room. And though a Spirits List was provided, they were out of a number of them that we ordered by name. The same plodding pace persisted through apps and mains…prompting us to also jettison the thought of dessert. I did bring the issue to the attention of someone who may have been in a managerial role and he apologized and comped our apps that was the proper thing to do…. But I do hope they figure out the severe issues in the front of house such that they match they delicious food being offered at Ditas.

There was a wedding party that took up 90% of the enployees' time, and service for everyone else obviously suffered as a result. The clam chowder and duck tacos were botg amazingly delicious, while the entrees both left something to be desired. The lobster mac and cheese wasn't seasoned *nearly* enough, and the squash risotto had these horrible sesame "chips" that ruined half of the otherwise-delicious dish.

gorgeous setting; wonderful service; good food- really very wonderful meal- the beet salad, fantastic, salmon perfectly cooked!

Fabulous!!! Delicious food & wine, superb selection of innovative & classic dishes, crafted & served with style in a setting right out of movies - this puts Sausalito on par with the finest ‘dining destinations’ in the world!

An enjoyable evening: An accommodating and friendly staff, excellent food (shared appetizer of perfectly shelled oysters, a bowl of carrot-ginger soup and a shared entree of perfectly cooked scallops extended with one additional scallop). The dining room is beautifully designed to enhance dramatic views of the Bay and the city. This is the perfect place to entertain, newly arrived guests for a great introduction to our city and the entire Bay Area. We will be returning.

I’m so very disappointed in my experience on Friday night. I invited four friends from Denmark to join me and although the service was outstanding from Sophia, but the blasting loud jazz was annoying and the food was not great. The scallops were raw and cold and the dish although beautiful was unseasoned and un appetizing. My friends who ordered the clam chowder were also very disappointed. I’ve sent many people to Ditas as they are a new restaurant in a competitive market. It was noticeable by my friends that there were very few people in the restaurant on a Friday night. The good news is that I believe the intention is to be better. I’ve experienced great customer service, but sadly not great food.
