We've been to Dockum many times and always enjoy our visits. We decided to go for their Christmas pop-up. The ambience was alright, I wouldn't say it was over the top Christmas like many other bars are doing here in Wichita for the season. The place was packed/full. Where we ran into trouble, was we ordered drinks (4 of us) and it took 45 minutes to get our drinks. They only scheduled 1 bartender for a full bar on a Saturday evening at 9 p.m. The Christmas Cocktail menu that was curated for the season, also left a lot to be desired. To top it all off they had live music (not opposed to live music) but she was singing so loudly you couldn't carry on a conversation. Overall, not a good experience. We had 1 drink and went elsewhere. Dockum, maybe stick to what you know - good strong 'speakeasy' curated cocktails. If you want to have live music that's fine, but let's turn down the volume so that a table can carry on a conversation.

Waited 20 minutes to be greeted by our waitress, waited even longer for drinks. The seasonal drinks were trash.

Our experience was SO great! We went for my birthday and had a reservation. When we got there it was a little bit of a wait but nothing crazy. We sat in the back rooms with the sofas and were there from 9:30 until close! Our server was so sweet, the food was great, and I got multiple birthday surprises! Had literally so much fun! Would recommend!

Well we my wife and I were 1st timers to Dockum. It was our Date Night and thought we would check this establishment out. Two reasons we were there was like I just mentioned and the other was because I saw that the musical duo of “ ROC and Rick was playing that night. We really enjoyed the evening and would be back sometime.

Brought my banking friends and they absolutely had a great evening and experience. The entertainment was amazing. Would love to see more of those two. The staff is fantastic as usual, Stephanie is a rockstar and the bar keeps are absolutely the pinnacle of perfection to their craft. The food always tops the list anytime I fly in from Boston on short notice.

Food was sub par for the cost. The drink I ordered that was suppose to have cayenne in it did not have a wiff of cayenne. I could barely taste the honey. It was sold as a fancy sounding drink that came out tasting like a lemon drop. The waitress low key argued with me when I told her a Pinot Grigio is a white wine as she handed me a red. She wasn't being rude. I just figure she should know the difference. Pleather couch in the waiting room. Was looking to impress my wife. Not so much.

First time visiting from out of town when staying at the Ambassador. Such a cool place, the food and atmosphere were awesome and the cocktails were top notch. We can’t wait to go back!

The drinks were delicious. The food….the quality was great, however the cost was way too high for what was given (the charcuterie board). We didn’t know what anything was, except the obvious (cheese, pickles, green beans). I’ll be back for the drinks. The food…..did I mention drinks?
