Orange County's newest upscale dining experience is now open on Lake Mission Viejo! Well known for our iconic location in Long Beach, Domenico’s was one of the first restaurants to serve pizza in California and is famous for our legendary pizzas and amazing Italian and American inspired dishes. Domenico's on the Lake is an upscale take on our original location featuring new steak and seafood entrees, while still featuring the original recipes that have made us an institution in Southern California.

We went to Domenico’s for the 1st time, and it didn’t disappoint. From the service to the food and atmosphere, we truly enjoyed our dinner.

We always enjoy the food, but this time I was a little disappointed in my entree. I had the Sand Dabs, and they were very thin and quite salty. First entree I got that I did not enjoy. My friend always gets the Sand Dabs and enjoys them. Hers were thicker and she enjoyed them. The men enjoyed their entrees. Your new manager, who sat us, did not say anything to us when he sat us. Our friends were already seated when we arrived. We miss Michael; he was always so welcoming!

We are lifelong Domenico’s patrons. We came to celebrate two members of our family with 8 people total. We dined at 5 on a Friday and were the only people in our dining room. The waiter struggled with taking drink orders. He would take a couple drink orders then leave for awhile. Bring the drinks then only take a couple orders then leave again. Drinks were not brought in timely fashion and one person was still waiting for the hot tea even after food began arriving. We ordered two pizzas and one ground pepperoni was undercooked with the bottom crust not crisp like we are accustomed to. The other pizza was cooked just right. Otherwise everything else was fine just wish service had been a little better. With that being said we will always love Domenicos.

Domenicos on the Lake never disappoints. Food was excellent, service was great, and it's one of favorite restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in outstanding food and wonderful staff.

The location on Mission Viejo Lake is an exceptional feature. Hard to get lakeside patio seating, but that's to be expected. The wait personnel are well trained and outstanding at maintaining a customer first attitude. The food is truly great in both preparation, presentation, quality and flavor. I characterize this restaurant as a gem that is a great go-to restaurant whenever you want to dine out. This is a private owner-owned establishment. The owner is usually on site, and makes customers feel at home and appreciated. It's the attentive owner who I'm sure sets the tone and expectations of all the outstanding cooking staff and wait personnel! Family friendly.
